It rings, you call — no deciding. Pick the mode that fits where you are.
🐣 Ramp start here
One call at a time, on a steady beat. The timer counts down your interval (say 15 min); when it rings you make one call, tap Called ✓, and the next interval arms itself automatically — no decision to re-make. Got a real conversation? Hit On a call — it pauses the ring timer and times the call, adding it to your Time on calls total for the day.
Why: the hard part isn't the call, it's starting. Ramp shrinks the task to "just this one call" and removes the choice. Best for breaking the avoidance and building the habit.
🔥 Power Block once it's a habit
Dial nonstop for a focused block (20–25 min), logging each call as you go, then take a 5-minute break — and repeat. No per-call ring; the block itself is the trigger.
Why: once calling doesn't scare you, batching beats scattering — it's how top reps run a "power hour." More dials, more momentum, less context-switching.
Either mode runs until you hit Stop, or auto-stops at an end time you set. Your calls, time on the phone, goal, and streak save automatically — time on the phone tracks the paycheck.
